On Thursday, September 17, 2026, the legendary Hoffman family opens the doors of their family enterprise — the Capital Region car washes and manufacturing operations behind Hoffman Car Wash — for a private tour and history led by Patrick Hoffman and Tom Hoffman, Jr. Then we sit down as a group of next-gen peers to work on the hardest part of the job: managing generational working styles, and pushing the family enterprise forward while honoring the legacy of the business.
