Carmine DeCrescente – of DeCrescente Distributing – will be sharing the story of his family’s business, a quick tour, and some samples. We will also begin the process of getting to know more of the challenges of each family enterprise and discuss how we will help each person work on solutions building and personal development. This is all about supporting the growth of the capital region’s next gen family business community to ensure continuity, success, and fun while your doing it!

Carmine will share the the Story of DeCrescente and five generations of business and beyond. Carmine will share some stories about his succession and share some products (i.e. samples) as well!
6:00 PM – 7:15 PM: Issue Development
Jason Packer – Founder of STRIDE – will facilitate a conversation about the issues or strategies this group is processing. We will then identify ways to work toward those goals, including one-on-one sessions with Jason for support and accountability.
